Again, another one made in Artpad! But this time, chose to do hair shadows. Korin is my RP character, if you didn't know (Children Of The Eye). Here's a story to go along, too.

The sunset was beautiful.
The sun, the globe of fire was descending slowly to dip in the vast sea. In many countries it was considered as a godly thing, a holy object - and even thought of as a god in itself. Many myths and legends had been based on it - it was the most important thing in the world and was shared to every person in the world, rich and poor and the people in between.
Korin, now, didn't know whether she was here just to see the beauty or because she just wanted to get away from it. From her family. From her mother.
Her mother had always been a proud woman, and though Korin had no doubts that her mother loved her, this time it was too far. She would marry when she wanted to.
She sighed and fingered her black hair. She loved her hair, and so did her family, but it was always kept in a bun. It helped in training.
But did she need it to be like this? Tied up tightly? She was in a strictly no-fighting place.
Making up her mind, she reached for the ribbon tying her hair together and pulled it free.
The immediate effect was enough for her to feel better.
"You look beautiful like that."
Korin jumped so much her feet left the ground. She whirled around, only to see -
"Seren?"
Seren Velya stood in all his quiet, pale glory, his short brown hair in his trademark side parted Asian style. She immediately reached for her hair, trying to gather it back, but his pale hand grabbed her wrist. His grip was gentle. He smiled.
"You shouldn't. Not now, anyway."
Korin didn't move, but her face visibly drooped. "You shouldn't be here. Where's your fiancée?"
Seren bristled, "I broke up with her. I didn't like her anyway."
It was well-known fact that Seren always like girls who would understand him, like Korin. The rumour wasn't slipped to a female, but every one in the male community knew of Seren's love for Korin herself. Korin did like him anyway, but she didn't know of his feelings.
"I should go," she said softly, averting her eyes, and tried to pry her wrist out, but Seren beat her to it. "Stay. Please," he whispered, and pulled her close. The cliff they were standing on seemed a bit too romantic.
"But, come on," Korin began to say, but he shushed her with a kiss. "I love you, Korin, please - just...please."
Korin was too shocked to say anything, but it was the start of a beautiful relationship.
