One of my science professors was really anal bout word (mis)usage lol. Unfortunately, everyone misuses it to mean 'a guess' or an 'educated guess'. pet peeve of mine now. As is, it sounds more like a hypothesis/idea than a theory. A bit like the flying spagetti monster has noodle-y appendages that touches everything. Cthulu meet spagetti. Though if there's a collective conscious, perhaps that explains why I'm such a gutter brain all the time. Not getting any 'feminine' inputs, just the 'masculine' ones haha. |
