I think she meant that since Kirgard is under enemy (Almenga) control that area won't be accessable until later. Be patient, you'll get the ninja girl soon  But once you say "Yes" to her mission, you won't be able to leave the dungeon so make sure to go there loaded with a ton of spells and other items  |
