Though I recommend that you beat the game first and then do the optional content (shadow bosses). That way the final battle will be fun and challenging. But if you wait until you defeat all the optional bosses, the final boss would be a joke  And H&M are optional bosses of the spiritual plane. They are available from the first time you go through that area. You could try defeating them before heading for the final battle  |
