Omega skipped over to the table where the others had converged after she met Eira. Malicat said, “By now you all most have guessed we share something in common. That’s why you followed. After what our Brother said, it’s not so obvious what we must do. Yet they are ahead, and only one can imagine what they could do with the eye.”

Omega piped up, "I agree! We've gotta go and make sure that they never touch that eye! Yeah! Hooray!" Omega had to supress a laugh at the woman who was barely sitting on her chair. She would hate to see what the woman would be like out in the wilderness, using the dirt as a chair.

Omega was raring to go, not only because she wanted to stop the High Order and find her father, but because there was the prospect of seeing death along the path. However, there was the chance of butterflies, too. She realized that she was bouncing up and down, and stopped, fearing that people would stare at her like some kind of freak.
