Every year the cats like to play with the wrapping paper and the boxes, and the tree for that matter. Some times we have to re-wrap gifts because the cats scratch them so much while chasing each other around the tree.





Gus decided to get in the box one year. I never understand why he likes boxes so much.

Time to bring this guy back out!




This is my gargoyle statue that I normally have in my computer room. I decorated him last year for a W&W Christmas event.

@Mopiece my cat is the same way. He always climbs in boxes that are wayyyy too tiny for him.

Does your cat like to play with the wrapping paper? My cats go crazy over it for some reason.

@Mopiece oh yes they always rip it as i'm wrapping presents or the already wrapped presents. My dogs like to tear up the empty tubes that are in wrapping paper

Lol, we always have the same problem at my house. I wonder why cats seem to like the wrapping paper so much.

I have no idea Mopiece. Maybe because it makes crinkly noises and is usually bright colors



Does any one like watching those claymation christmas movies? Santa Claus is coming to town... Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer etc.



They've been playing them on TV this week and I love watching them. I love Christmas movies!
Some of my favorites would have to include all the claymation movies, The grinch (animated and live action), Scrooged, and National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.

Yeah that does make sense. I love those movies you mentioned. How the Grinch stole Christmas with Jim Carry has to be my favorite Christmas movie. Jim Carry did a good job playing the Grinch.

I haven't seen them yet this year but I usually catch one or two of them.

My favorite Christmas movies are The Muppet's Christmas Carol, It's a Wonderful Life, and A Christmas Story.

Eh, christmas. the most aggravating pre-holiday set up outta all of them. Christmas songs in November. Christmas ornaments in September. Santa Clauses everywhere first week of Dec.

Can't wait until Christmas DAY, but I can't stand all the pre christmas madness that goes on. At least Black Friday is only one day of madness as oppose to torturous Christmas's pre day stuff.

Okay, enough me being scrooge.

Christmas is after Halloween for fav holidays. Mostly cuz you get gifts. Parents often work on Christmas so we celebrate christmas late all the time. We used to put up a tree until it became too annoying to lug up the thing outta the basement for one day.

I just saw the Grinch stole Christmas last night, and it was pretty funny. I like claymation movies, but sometmes I wish they would mix up the order.

My cat is similar about boxes and baskets. He just found a basket he can barely squeeze into and now it is his favorite.

Lol Silvermist, my cat is the same way. The more he can barely fit in it, the more he likes it.

My cat is a real scaredy cat with anything that rustles like plastic bags or wrapping paper so she hides until all the presents have been opened.

I love candy canes, especially the cherry and watermelon flavors. I usually eat so many my tongue becomes the color of the candy cane.

I like the candy canes that are flavored after other popular candies, like Starburst, Skittles, etc.

This year, we found Smarties-flavored candy canes.

I enjoy the more fruity flavored candy canes too. My favorite is the kind that's rainbow colors and tastes cherry I believe. I like the skittle and starburst ones too though Argoyle Good stuff.

Any one have their Christmas Tree or other Christmas decorations up? If so, take some pictures and post them. I'd love to see.

I'll be posting some soon. As soon as we get a chance to finish decorating. Right now our tree and exterior of our house is half done
