i am trying to play a couple of games i have seen mentioned on here and i get this message run time package not found, can anyone help?

The RTP are the default files provided by RPG Maker for the developers to create the game. There's a different package for each RPG Maker game engine (2000, 2003, XP, VX etc). You can google search for their downloads.
