Hi Pandaba...or might I say Xathia Vastar?
I have a problem in the storage room: some crates use to move by themselves, especially the pink and yellow ones. It makes me mad, especially when the puzzle is almost solved!
Seems that any one of the yellow crates of the upper line or of the pink crates of the bottom line has to go to a certain place and only at that place; otherwise you don't hear the "cling" noise warning you that the group is completed, and the crates slide...most of the time in a place where they can't be moved anymore.
Some brown or grey crates do the same sometimes, and I noticed the same phenomenon with Kili's rocks puzzles.
Is there a solution?
I can send you my save if you need it.

When I exit the storage room after having almost completed a puzzle, I get that kind of thing:

I have to restart the game if I want the room to be back to it's normal state.

And while I'm at it, just to let you know, the second little problem:
In Mask's cave, there is a place where you can enter the walls and walk around all over the black part of the map.
In the following picture, Kili is standing right in front of the spot:

Hey thanks for reporting this! I will look into these issues and post a fix.
It shouldn't matter what color crate goes in which exact spot except that they need to go in that specific colored area.

I have tried everything. Talked to everyone. I can't climb the mountain. What do I do with the bolders? Just a little direction please.

After downloading it and installing and clicking the icon to play I got a message saying that application couldn't be opened because the part binkw.32dll can't be found. You may remove the problem by re-installing the application.
So I uninstalled and reinstalled it, like it said, but then it was still the same.
I downloaded it from the link in Panda's very last post above mine. But not any patches or anything else. What can I do about it? o_O

OK I did some research, and it seems that the binkw32.dll file has something to do with the bink video codec being misssing or corrupted.. but I don't know why you're getting that error when you run MX since it doesn't use that file at all. What version of Windows are you running?

Try downloading the RAD video Tools from the official website if you're still having trouble and see if that helps. http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm

Mmm are you sure that should be the right file to download? I will try that then... And I use windows Xp professional.

I am sorry to ask this but I am stuck at the part where you get the dragon eggs. I have gotten 3 of them but I have searched every where I could think of and talked to everyone I could. Where do i find the last egg? I have the ones from the two rival wizards and the one from the boy that lived in the well.

ok well I have the tools but for some reason none of the blue chest seem to open. Is it a bug or do I need to have someone teach me how to use them.

You need to equip them on Kenneth before they will work.

I am sorry if I am being annoying but I do not have the option to equip them to him.

Check the Accessory slot. If it's not there you probably downloaded an early version of the game without the patch. Try downloading the latest release.

I am have the same problem that Luz is haveing. I can not seem to get it to run and it shuts down.

Panda, it didn't help - still the same message. The video thing and the game are in different folders because I have different places on the comp for games and for other programs, but that shouldn't matter, right?
