As for this company you were talking about, its somewhat like IndineraFalls' Aldorlea Games, and some other like Elder's Blossomsoft Games. If you don't have a gaming company, perhaps you must ask permission to host it for you, or you yourself should make your own company.

Does it have to be a formal company? Amaranth Games only became an LLC in 2007 after all.

I wanna chime in here really quickly.

Now-a-days, becoming a company is ridiculously easy. You can become an LLP or LLC for under a hundred dollars, and for filling out a one page form (something called 'Articles of Organization'.

Google 'creating an LLP' and read for yourself.

Of course, I am assuming that you are operating out of the United States of America. I have zero knowledge on how businesses are created in other countries.

Hell, chill out. I mean, I do understand games which are posted here have to be PG-13; but, cuss words are of course tolerated. As long you don't make only a pile of crap...omg etc., it is fine. None has been hurt from hearing "damn" once in their life.

Now, nudity when it comes to human, and humanlike species should be forbidden. Some people (youth or adult alike) are perhaps hurt by such stuff.

Since this is a family-friendly site, I really don't think Amanda will tolerate nor promote any games on her site that contain nudity or extreme violence/swearing in them.

There are some words (like the words "darn, oh emm snap, bastard, etc which are not that offensive) in which does not really make the audience blink. Those are still tolerable, but do not overuse. However, the usage of the words like f- (don't make me) and s- (again), then that is total swearing, thus intolerable.

The same thing happens with nudity content. Remember one of the games were removed for having illicit content. (I won't mention what game that is.)
