Even evil, the oracle MUST have fluffy clouds. it's like batman has to wear black. Can't mess with perfection. XD
Okay, I saw a totally hot vampire-ish pic with biting and blood. Even possessive hugging=yum... which means demands from the oh so fickle and impatient muses. *types as they dictate* -------- Rhen felt extremely out of place with the numerous vampires lurking around. For one reason or other, Teijal dragged the hapless human all the way back home for what looked like a vampire ball. She stuck close to her vampire feeling like a slave on the market again. Those possessive eyes racking down her body, those twisted glints in the eyes, Goddess Rhen wanted out. Her gripped tightened around Teijal's hand making the redhead turned to her. The vampire growled, seeing the growing panic in her mate's eyes. Damn it, Teijal was so stupid. The redhead just wanted to finally introduce her human to her family, but it seemed she forgot one very important little fact. Teijal pulled the human close to her until her chest was pressed into Rhen's back. She glared at any vampire who looked at them, just daring them to challenge her claim. This is mine. Look at her again and I'll rip your head off before staking your bloody corpse to a freaken tree. Eventually most got the message and studiously stopped staring at Rhen like she was dinner. A few though continued staring. Teijal bared her fangs and bit down near the base of Rhen's neck making her flinch slightly. She raised a brow at them. They lost interest since the game was over. The human was claimed, marked, and owned. Boring. Teijal loosened her grip on Rhen, feeling extremely contrite. Damn it, she should have not pushed her human. Rhen noticed immediately that the rest of the vampires were now ignoring her. Much better. She placed her hand on Teijal's head to stop her from withdrawing completely. "It's okay." She whispered giving permission. Teijal nuzzled into the human's neck while licking any escaped blood. "Are you sure?" the vampire asked softly. "Yes." Teijal muttered a grateful "Thank you" before plunging her fangs into Rhen's neck further marking her. And no one watched.

Rhen bit her lip trying to keep from laughing out loud. Teijal glared at the human before wishing again she had moved fast enough.
Damn it all, why the hell did the demon have to be one of those freaken glitter bombs? Tactical death by suicide sparkles... Ooohh Ahriman was such a devious evil creature. Teijal would love to drown him in a vat of pinkness. Unfortunately for the vampire, she was the lucky person who got dazzle-fied. Teijal was hardy enough to withstand the main blast, but being covered in freaken sticky-as-heck glitter, permanent death would have been a better alternative. Teijal tried to shake off the shiny mess but the stuff was worst than crazy glue. She growled again when the human couldn't hold it together anymore and laughed. "That's it!" Teijal snarled before pouncing on Rhen making her fall to the floor. She rubbed herself thoroughly on Rhen making sure to leave a large pink sparkly mark on Rhen's face. The human laughed and tried to get out from under the vampire but failed quite miserably. Satisfied, Teijal pushed herself up so she was looking down into Rhen's stained face. "You've been glitter-fied and I must say you do look dazzling." Rhen rolled her eyes before rising up so she was near Teijal's ear. "How bout a nice, hot, shower, vampire? or should I say Glitty-pire?" Teijal nudged the human back to the ground with a smirk. "Perhaps. But I want to see you 'sparkle' underneath all those clothes. Right now." ---- Later that day when they met up with their friends, Rhen would choke over her drink when Elini commented on the strange glitter found on a tree, ground, bedroom, and shower. ------------ that was fun. XD

( continuing 'Director AU' where the cast are humans. Since AV3's 'done', guess what that means...happy times! [pg13 happy times anyways. I don't want the censor police eating up my work <.< >.>])
------------- Teijal flopped face down onto the couch feeling exhausted. Finally the filming for AV3 was done and she could go cozy up with her girlfriend! Well, if her girlfriend was actually around she could snuggle up to her. She shook her head before drifted to sleep, the exhaustion overcoming her. In her sleep, she felt wonderful sensations on her back and moaned slightly, her eyes opening just a bit. "Hi sleepyhead." Rhen said softly while kneading tight muscles in Teijal's back. Teijal smiled and closed her eyes. "Hi. Keep doing that." Rhen grinned, watching her lover react like a cat to a good belly rub. "So, all done I guess?" "Yep! Finally." "Galahad drive you nuts?" "Naw, he was actually tolerable most of the time. The new girls were cute though." Rhen raised a brow before asking cautiously, "Should I be jealous?" Teijal shook her head as she answered flippantly, "Nope. You're cuter than all of them. Though one of the new kid-" Rhen slapped Teijal's rump wearing a smirk. "Shutting up. Seriously Rhen, you have nothing to worry about." The younger woman commented smugly, "I know." Teijal chuckled and rolled over on the couch to face Rhen. "How bout you join me here?" The violet headed woman smiled and snuggled into the older woman's side, sighing as she felt strong arms wrap around her. Yeah, this was life, highly unexpected, but life. But life has a tendency to always throw surprises at you. Whether they were favorable or not is the question. "So, what's for dinner?" "That's a secret." "Aww, not even a peep?" "Nope." Teijal nipped Rhen's neck. "Come on." "Nope, and if you keep that up, you're going without supper." "Fine fine master." Rhen laughed and kissed Teijal. "That's right, I own you." Teijal's eyes turned serious as she eyed the other woman. "Yep you do. And I own you, blackbird." Rhen smiled, nodding in agreement. "That you do Teijal, that you do."

It's nighttime and the city's night owls are lurking the corners. I watch them from above just waiting to see which delectable pig I should devour for dinner. At first I think I found a good one, but a second later I smell his stench and he reeks of alcohol. Not a good combination. The second is a woman, but the light sheen of sweat on her skin and the fevered look in her eyes suggest sickness. That's another human down.
A little runt wanders away from his parents and I consider him for a moment before dismissing the piglet. He wouldn't even make a decent appetizer. Just when I decide to visit another section of this hunting area, I see a very nice specimen of a woman. Purple hair tied in a braid, a pretty face, a solid build suggesting prime blood, and an aura screaming magic. Her companion though is utterly unappetizing. Small, green headed boy with a loud mouth. Its a wonder he survived puberty with such a large ego. I dismiss him completely. The girl however intrigues me. I debate over whether I should feed on her and decide not to. Magic blood taste good, but freely given magic blood taste even better. No, I shall watch this one for a while and see where it leads. Until than, I must find lesser prey to hunt. I give my little blackbird one last look before disappearing into the night. The game is only just beginning. eh, some pre t/r musings.

Zombies vs Teijal
Teijal grimaced at the group of decaying henchmen slowly approaching. She looked back and forth between her blade and the enemies before her. Rhen rolled her eyes and slapped Teijal on the back of the head. "Come on prissy feet. They're in the way and we need to get to the other side." Teijal glared at the human and tossed her blade aside. "Fine. But you're doing the laundry." Not waiting for the human's response, she rushed at the rotting zombies with a vengeance. Feeling her eyes glow, Teijal leaped into the group crushing a living corpse beneath her. The vampire grabbed an arm of another and punched its head through making its rotting brain splat onto its colleagues. Growling, she used the zombie and smacked the zombies around her whacking several more heads off. Rhen rolled her eyes at the vampire's abrupt enthusiasm. When Teijal got into one of her moods, it was far safer for her to remain on the sidelines. She leaned against the rock wall with arms crossed and silently counted how long it took Teijal to take them all down. As she predicted, Teijal finished the stinking mess in less than five minutes. The vampire shuffled covered in numerous bits and pieces. "Happy now human?" She growled, eyes still glowing. Rhen bit back a grin at the vampire's pout. Yeah, she was probably insane for thinking a pissed off vampire was cute but hey, it made life interesting at the least. "Come on grumpy bat. There's a nice stream near here..."

Number four. Bloody four. Four was bad luck. Four meant death and lies. Four conspirators, Ma, Pa, Alicia and Devin hid the truth. Four long scars for her first attempt to freedom. The Sword of Shadows, an ever hungry monster of four syllables, constantly screamed to be fed. The soul, a four letter word, suddenly became everything.
When the swordsinger touched the handle of the fearsome blade, she instantly understood how many lies were fed to her. The legends were wrong: the blade feasted on any type of souls, not just demons. When it couldn't get any souls, it devoured hers, its newest meal. But Rhen fought the blade every step of the journey. She will not become a mindless slave to the sword. She would not be enslaved again. But the grim swordsinger knew she was fighting a losing battle. The blade with over 4000 lost souls was simply too strong and hammered her increasingly battered defenses. Even when Rhen was not holding the blade, it tempted her goading her feast on her companions. How could she win? Four long agonizing weeks later, Teijal approached the human. Her whole demeanor was uncharacteristically serious as she spoke softly to the young woman. "I know your burden." Before Rhen could reply, Teijal continued. "In your current state, you are a liability. How do you expect to win against Ahriman if less than all of you is in the fight?" The swordsinger slumped in her seat, denial dying away on her lips. Teijal sat down in front of the human, her voice lowering. "I can help you, but you must trust me. I cannot tell you what I will do as you will not like it. Will you?" Rhen looked up into the vampire's eyes, looking for something. Why should the human trust her? Than again, what choice was there? Teijal was right that the swordsinger wouldn't be much use in the coming battle. Frowning, the woman nodded. The vampire smiled faintly in approval. "Whatever happens, don't give up alright?" Before the human could respond Teijal pressed the blade of the Sword of Shadows into Rhen's hand cutting her. Immediately, Rhen felt her defenses crumble under the sword's onslaught. She ripped the blade away from her hand and stood up with a wild look in her eyes. Rhen stumbled back, but the sword laughed as it clamped on her soul. She fell to the ground screaming. Shredding, tearing, the sword was feasting on her! It was a strange feeling to feel your body and yet not seeing the physical world. She could see her body slumped on the ground but the soul did not wonder as she fought the Sword pull. The Sword of Shadows' true form was a raging void full of half eaten corpses and shadow. Long dangly limbs pulled at the human, its many mouths giggling to find another unwilling meal. It would enjoy digesting her so much. Suddenly, the woman felt something grabbing her and wrenched her away from total oblivion. It pulled her behind it as it snarled at the void, challenging the hungry beast. She is MINE She knew that voice. Teijal! The swirling void laughed at such a pitiful claim. Rhen was its latest 'master', it was free to do whatever it wanted with said 'master'. Oh sure, it could be very agreeable if it was fed, but the stupid weakling wouldn't allow that! No, she tried to control it! This was unacceptable. No, the human would pay with her soul. While the creature laughed, Teijal crouched, her eyes glowing red. The vampire began to unlock her constraints around her own beast, her own hunger. To fight a soul eating beast, one must be a soulless monster. Her glowing eyes turned black and her skin turned a shade paler. She moved as if she was sluggish and tired, arms to her side. Her voice dropped an octave as she taunted the laughing void. "You're such a coward to pick on MY human. Why don't you try me hmm?" The void stopped laughing and glared at the tiny women. If the foolish pale thing wanted to be crush so easily, than so be it. It roared and lunged at Teijal. The vampire waited until the last moment before she fully slumped to the ground. A huge pale creature flew out of her body and crashed headlong into the void making it roar in surprise. The monster stood ten feet tall with a massive fanged mouth, long toned arms with clawed hands, and glowing black eyes. Snarling, the beast sank its paws deep into the void and yanked out huge fistfuls of corpses. The void screamed in pain. It was losing souls! The souls it devoured in the past were ripped from its darkness and sucked into the gaping maw of the creature. The void tried to grab the beast, but it was to quick. The void finally cried out in surrender. This was the sound Teijal was waiting for. The vampire gritted her teeth as she pulled her unwilling beast back in within her, to control her hunger. It snarled and fought back but it was useless against the vampire's pull and soon the creature disappeared back into Teijal's body. The vampire stood, glaring at the cowering void as she snarled again, "She is MINE, and unless you wish a rematch, you WILL obey her understood?" The void moaned and disappeared back into the Sword, quiet for the first time in centuries. Turning around, Teijal bent low to the weak human's soul. Rhen stared at her with horror and shock. Her voice was lost for the moment. The vampire tentatively reached out to touch Rhen's shoulder, fully expecting her to pull away. What she didn't expect was Rhen jumping and wrapped her arms around the vampire, shaking. Teijal felt out of her depth but she muttered quietly, "You don't belong here on the spirit realm Rhen. Go home." Rhen felt herself slip away into welcoming darkness. -------------------- The human awoke much later to the sounds of a fire crackling, her hand bandaged, and a strange empty feeling. For the first time in weeks she felt light and free, albeit tired but free. "I'm sorry for the way it was done, but it was necessary human." She turned her head to see Teijal sitting near her, staring into the fire. "What did you do?" The vampire shrugged as she explained. "My mission. We vampires knew you would have difficulty controlling the sword since it was notorious for eating its wielder's soul, a nice tidbit left out of the legends. I was to ensure you will be able to control it by any means necessary." "But what was that...thing you..?" Teijal turned to look at Rhen. "It's a soul retriever of sorts. You humans got it half right when you call us bloodsuckers only we devour blood and souls. Blood is to nourish the shell but souls are our real diet. From souls we get our abilities and unlife. The more we devour, the more powerful we grow. For some vampires, we hunger so much it becomes its own entity that needs to be controlled. That thing you saw was my own little beast who can be such an annoying pain when it wants to be. A manmade souleating beast cannot win against a real monster born among death. I simply showed what would happen if it continued to defy your wishes." Rhen nodded slowly as she felt her eyelids droop. Goddess she was tired and hurting. She felt aches and pain in strange places, like something held onto her too tightly. But she had one more question buzzing in her brain and fought to keep awake. "Why did you claim me as yours?" The vampire smiled showing fangs. "I am a very possessive and protective monster with powers to boot. What better way to scare another beast than to claim ownership?" -------------------------------------------------------- So.....does this make any sense at all? XD It was suppose to be for independence day, but was delayed due to some idiots. I was mixing concepts from Soul Calibur, Soul Reaver, Hellsing, and my own reasonings. (Soul Calibur=soul eating malicious sword, Soul Reaver = soul eating vampire, hellsing = the 'beast within vampire idea,') Hopefully something worked :3 Oh, and the whole 'four=bad luck' is from chinese superstition It's like how 13's a bad luck for westerners.
