How the heck do you get by the glitters? They keep killing my party

outrun them until you reach Faiara. Then you can get some better gear.

Get a Charmed Shield for each of them - it protects against light, and the damage would be greatly reduced.

Magic shield helps a lot too, if you have the spell for Stella.

You are going to want Fairy Amulets, as well. The glitters have a couple status attacks up their...er...sleeves?

Does Lydia have any spells?
Are you wearing a fairy amulet? I have all the girls in my party.. but I forget what weapons I had when I first went in there.

Have Mel Trip a monster, have Stella put another to sleep, have Te'ijal Paralyze another, etc. If any of them hit, you'll take them out of the fight for a couple rounds. That will make things easier.

If you miss with Trip, you'll see the word Missed. If you do successfully trip a monster, you won't see anything, and the monster won't move for 2 turns.

sounds like something's wrong with the game. Have you tried reinstalling? Where did you download the game from?

Glitters...
hate them, even from AP. haha. i hoped i'd never see them again but, alas... anyway, running to faiara is a good idea to upgrade equipment. though i was able to defeat most of them with using physical attacks, just use paralyze and/or trip on the other annoying glitters. Magic attacks are also very helpful. just depends on your strategy, i guess. NO TO GLITTERS! Yeah! Obliterate 'em!
