i really have no idea opening on how to open the blue chest . can someone tell me ?

There's an item you'll find to allow you to open them. Explore the jungle near Tar Vedron.

The Magic Treasure Key for opening red chests is in a blue chest in the Sky Garden near Naylith....my question is how do you enter the garden, it is locked? please,..
