I am starting to compile an FAQ for build B - there are some questions we get over and over. I've only ever seen one FAQ before, and I think it was for build A.


NOTE: Everything below also applies to build C.

This is in no particular order at the moment - I'll organize it in a few days.

If you have any questions AND ANSWERS that you come across frequently, please post here and I'll add them in.

Q: How do I get the Cash Cow and Portal Stones (Traveling Runes) goodies?
A: Download maps here, go to the places marked (the X will not show up in the game) and walk around the area, pressing the space bar.

Q: Where are the guilds Lars can join?
A: Lars can only join ONE guild in a game:
Necromancer - Veldarah
Elite Mage - Sedona
Annihilators - Veldt
Time Masters - Thais

Q: Why won't the guild leaders talk to me?
A: If Lars has already joined a guild, the guild leaders will not talk

Q: Where is the priestess ring?
A: If Talia has appeared to Rhen in a dream, the ring can be purchased from the junk/items shop in Veldarah; if Talia has not yet appeared in a dream, a woman in Ghalarah owns the ring

Q: Where do I find Levus?
A: Talk to the boar on the route to the Eastern Caves system

Q: Where do I get something to undo the boar-curse?
A: From the necromancer in Veldarah

Q: How do I get Elini to join me?
A: Graduate from Shadwood Academy

Q: How do I graduate?
A: Buy a smokebomb from Teacup Town, collect beeswax from the hive in Aveyond, and purchase the mirror in Veldarah, then locate the Hind in the southern Wildwoods. Return the item you retrieve to Harald at the Academy

Q: Where do I find a wife for the boat dealer?
A: New Witchwood

Q: Where is the shovel?
A: New Witchwood - it will be given to you after you complete two quests for a witch

Q: How do I get into Halloween Hills?
A: When you rescue the druid in the Land's End temple, you will recieve a "key", which you must place in the hole beside the Halloween Hills entrance

Q: How can I get through Land's End?
A: Lightning Scrolls are very powerful in Land's End and Mount Orion. They can be bought in Veldarah, and some of the monsters here drop them as well

Q: Where do I find something to put on the Mt Orion altar?
A: READ the inscription on the altar. Find a bone in the caves in northwest Land's End, and a pomegranate seed in a chest south of the temple. Go to the enchanted garden in southeast of Land's End and give the old woman the seed. Leave Land's End (go into a cave or the temple, or return to the world map) then go back and pick the fruit

Q: Where do I get Dora's red slippers?
A: One of the witches will give them to you in exchange for a Sludgemaster 2000

Q: Where do I find a Sludgemaster 2000?
A: Teacup Town (Aveyond) - Lamb Chop will give you one after you retrieve Morsel's voice box

Q: Where do I find a << what's the thing Gretchen (is that her name?) is after to make her ugly again? >>
A: in a chest in Halloween Hills, northeast of New Witchwood

Q: How do I get Te'ijal to join me?
A: You can get sunblock lotion after you return the Ghed'ahre druid to Aveyond

Q: How do I get into the cathedral basement?
A: Play the organ

Q: How do I get into the crypt maze below the graveyard?
A: Get elephant garlic (from a grave in southwest Halloween Hills) and give it to the two hippie vampires in northwest Ghed'ahre - pick up the "item" that results from that incident. Get Leyrvo's lamp from the cathedral basement. Dig in the graveyard until you find a hole

Q: Who is the founder of Ghed'ahre?
A: LEYRVO

Please, help me! I have a smokebomb, a mirror, but in the Hind, i had dead.

The smokebomb itself is not enough You need to find the bee hive (it's at one of the exits of the Memory caverns), go to it and press spacebar. Then you will gain beeswax, the last item you need to be ready for the hind.

i arrived temple, but druid is dead.

That will take a while yet You need to defeat the demon on Mount Orion (also in the Lands End Area) in order to rescue the druid's soul. The Mt.Orion area is pretty hard, and a long area to go through and back without any possibility to buy anything; so be ready and make huge stocks of items.

Nice! I remember making a Build B FAQ but I seemed to have lost it or I don't have it on this computer. Anyway, I did remake a whole, large list of FAQ questions along with their answers and intended to put them up but never quite got around to it. It's probably 90% complete with some missing stuff, but it's all ordered according to certain areas and has info for Build A and Build B, and it includes the BBcoding too to hide all the spoilers! Let me know if you're interested in using it in any way and I can send it to you.

yes please - if you've already done all the work. Feel free to post it yourself if you like, and I'll pin it for you (or one of the mods will)

The thing is, part of why it's not complete is because I need links. We had a lot of maps and screenshot guides to help people find things and I intended to link up the FAQ to them. But since they're gone and I don't think they've been reposted, I don't have anything to link to o_O;

Can somebody post how to find the druids here? I think that would be great help.
