I wonder why no one is making a documentary/mockumentary about the Twifandom. It'd be fascinating. Maybe they could interview a few Cullenists.
Y'know, not about TWILIGHT, but about the fandom and the phenomenal and never-before-seen-levels of devotion they carry.

I will go to see the movie. I liked new moon. Its only from the 3rd installment that she messed up

@sera: yeah, cuz I bet that's only the tip of the iceberg of what those really crazy fans do. (and that's not including all the twihards' violence against nontwilighters O-o;;;. )

new moon: probably not in theaters since I only watched the first one cuz my dad dragged us in. No idea why as he didn't even know anything about twilight. I might rent/watch it elsewhere since I really don't wanna die because some twihard heard me make fun of edward during the movie.

I'll admit it- I like the books. I really do. I'll also admit they aren't the best things I've ever read, though they are far from the worst. (Seriously, I don't know how some books get published.)

As for the twilight movie, there were a couple things I thought were really great. Like the ending with Victoria- it wasn't in the book, but I found it amazing. As for the Actors... Umm, I hate K.Stewart. She can't act. All the movies I've seen with her in it, she acts the same. Ugh. As for Rob, Edward became waaay less attractive for me after seeing him. Double Ugh. The 'bad vamps' were pretty awesome though. As were the most of the Cullens and Jake.

I am looking forward to New Moon-- there are half naked guys in like half the film. Yay! And that is probably the only reason I'm going, haha.

Anyway, back to the books. I think her writing did improve as she wrote. And if Bella wasn't so annoying, it'd be more obvious. And comparing 'Twilight' to 'The Host', the difference is huge. But then again, it seems that writers (or their publishing houses/agents/editors) think if they write YA novels, then they can get away with less effort. That younger audiences wouldn't care. But if they were to switch it up and right a 'regular' novel, it needs to be better written. But that is just my opinion.

The Volturi are awesome. They contain my favorite characters. Plus, the people who play them are incredible actors. I will see New Moon (on DVD, not theaters - so not worth it) for just them, maybe. And the satire. Me and my friends can nitpick it one rainy Sunday afternoon.

Anybody heard of the underwear with Edward's raep-face on it? It's not fanmade and it's SCARY. And I read somewhere in twilightsucks.com that a crazy twimom or twihard (Can't remember) had turned an Edward figurine into a vibrator O___O I'm seriously SCARED. Don't get me started on Cullenism.

Twimoms scare me more than any other fan. They are middle aged and they should know better, but they take it to worse extremes than young teen girls on most occasions. A friend of mine went onto twimoms.com forums, and all she saw was a lot of horny women talking about how they wanted to rob Taylor Lautner of his virginity.
