We used to have a topic where people could post their dreams for fun or feedback. I don't remember who started it, so I can't ask for his permission, but if it was you, feel free to take credit (and pardon me, madam, for calling you "he" ). ^_^

I'll start off, since that's what inspired me to revive this thread. (Warning: I'm long-winded, and, yes, my dreams really are this detailed. )


A few nights ago, I had a dream that I was walking down my parents' driveway toward the house when I noticed the garage door was shut. Since it's broken IRL and can't be shut, I wondered why and how someone had shut it. Then I noticed there were two strange cars in the driveway: a pickup trunk and a van.
I started to go in the house to ask my mom what was going on, but these weird guys suddenly came out of the garage, so I hid behind a tree. They went in the house, so I went into the garage to see what was going on. There was a refrigerator I didn't remember seeing before, so I opened it, and there were cats inside it, including my cat!
Fortunately, they were still alive, so I freed the random cats and carried mine into the house. The strange men were in there threatening my mom, so I hid the cat under some furniture and attacked them.
My mom ran away and called the police, who soon arrived to arrest the men. Apparently, the guys were doing experiments on people's pets and thought our garage was abandoned, so they were using it as a lab.


Last night, I had a dream that I was back in high school, and I stayed after French class to finish something up. I didn't realize how long it took, and I didn't hear the bell, so I was late for Calculus.
Bad move. My Calculus teacher was extremely strict, and he was known to refuse late students entry to his class without passes from the office (which meant the tardy would go on their record). In the dream, he also had a guest teacher, which made him even MORE angry that I was late. *cringe*
Anyway, when I went into the classroom, he glared at me and reprimanded me in front of the whole class and the guest teacher. I sat as far in the back as possible and tried to catch up with the lesson by looking over other people's notes.
At the end of class, he said (again in front of everyone), "This is the first time I've been really disappointed in you, Maren."
I answered, "Thank you, sir. I'm glad it's the first time. May it be the last."
I guess he forgave me then, because he came over to my desk with a big box of white chocolate-covered pretzels (random, right?) and offered me an entire handful of them. lol

This is my dream from the last night:
I was in a store & I wanted to buy some kind of box.. it was very pretty, violet with ribbons & flowers...but then one guy showed up (I don`t know him in my real life) & he told me that he`ll buy the box for me... and I told him: "No! I don`t want anything from you!" and I woke up...

Eww, experiments on rodents are bad enough, what more on people's pets. >.<

I had similar dream about going back to high school too. It was a language class, my weakest subject. I was called up to read a paragraph in one textbook. Most of my pronunciations were incorrect and I was forced to stay back for a written test. O.o

I had a dream last night too. I don't remember much of it now but it involved my miniature dachshund, the outdoors, lots of trees, and it was warm. Beyond that, I have no details

@Wynterbite: I haven't been watching any movies, so it shoots that to hell.

I am worried about something, though--I have nightmares about authority figures at least a couple of times a month.

Your dream sounds nice. At least your dog probably would have enjoyed that.

My dreams have been too dark and... *shudders*... lately for me to say what they were. But I've had three almost every night for... about 2 weeks. If I have one I can share on here, I will though.

I had one of my favorite dreams last night. The house I live in keeps getting more rooms. In the kitchen it has cupboards that open into an even bigger fancy kitchen. The bathroom opens into a swimming pool. It goes on and on to bigger and fancier rooms. Then I wake up. But I want to sleep more and find the rest of the rooms.lol
I always feel good after these dreams, stress free.

Marian: O.o I got those too, sometimes. Well, you can put an alarm clock beside you, so though you're possessed with nightmares, you can be sure of waking up the next morning. xD

Again with the dragons terrorizing my dreams while I got thrown into fantasy world.

lol. thanks for the advice, bemused, but I have two little sisters, both parents, and a dog who wants to clean out my ears with her tongue. I wake up. I haven't actually had a good dream in a year and a half. o.O
Oh, wait, yes, actually I did. Last night. I dreamt that I met Damian at college. So I guess that was more an indifferent dream but... it's better.

Yeah my dreams haven't been good lately, lots of murders, and...badf things, and i'm 11 dudes! each time i've been locked somewhere stuck to watch the murderers kill those people, only once have i stopped them in my dream, and that was like a month ago, weird hugh? Well yesterday i almost stopped them, i was in a phone booth, locked away from civilization as three men were brutally killed by masked figures. My legs went numb and i fell in the telephone booth making it tilt, i realizedit wasn't attached to the ground and ran into the wall making it tip over shattering the glass, i climbed out and started to run, screaming for help, but it was like no one could hear me,i'd run up to them and tell them frantically but there faces were motionless and they'd just pass right through me. I shudder at the thought of them but hey, i guess i don't conrtol them right, well anyways.....♥

Gosh...all these bad dreams.... I used to have bad dreams, but these days I am so tired, I don't usually remember my dreams that much..(spring semester Junior year is like a death sentence)..But I wouldn't really listen to them... dreams are just a jumble of things you experienced during the day...at least thats what I believe

Last night I had a dream in which I was playing a game and had to kill a monstrous troll hybrid thing and got jumped by ghosts wanting the bones of their dead priestess back. Weird thing being that is was on the BG2 system, and that the bone thing was actually a quest in BG2... XD

I've been dreaming of fighting my own brother in the fantasy world yesterday. Not only that, I need to defeat some monsters in ancient China as well with some martial arts, lol.

I had a weird dream last night. I was back in school and it was the last day of the year. I had a bunch of things I needed to take home but I couldn't find a box to put it in. Then I woke up.

I had a dream that I was in a small village where the entire population was being exterminated. Eek, scary stuff. But then, I suddenly chose to adopt one of the kids so that she wouldn't be killed. Before I woke up, I remember asking myself how I could get this 13 year old kid out of the village with no questions asked.

Weird the things that my subconscious will come up with.

I had one this early morning.

My sister and I were at a kitchen in my grandfather's place. There were guests waiting at the dining hall and most of them were my grandparent's friends. So my sister's preparing some desserts while I stood by and watch... muffins, cakes and popcorns. I tried on the muffins and I woke up.


Then, I remember that I had a quarrel with her the day before... through the phone while she's at work. O.o

I had dreams 5 years ago that took place next year in which I interacted with people I met two years ago. Two of which didn't move to this state until the summer before I met them.
... I have quite a few of those actually.

I had the strangest dream last night.I dreamt that my puppy(male)gave birth to 2 puppies the size of my thumb and that they could talk.
