Uh, it's not a song, more like an instrumental piece. It's a BGM (I think) from the video game Tales of Legendia. The title itself is enough: "Legendary Sorcerer"

I like dragonforce and soldiers of the wasteland is one of my fav songs. It fits with teijal cuz she's dead, a soldier so to speak, and she's from underworld which can count as a sort of wasteland.
