There is a shop that sells quills in Peliad.

quill is in the quill shop in peliad. the lady's going on about how they're too expensive for a buyer as yourself.

As for the baby, search around Peliad, one of the wealthier citizens will be able to assist you.

To start the baby quest, now that Edward is in your party, go to lady Gwenalle's manor and have tea with her. Your quest will be triggered during tea.

i was there at least 3 times (the last time i saw a little boy. nothing happen.....
about the babies... i was in the house but the lady is sleeping......

You're at the wrong place. There's no little boy in Lady Gwenalle's house.

If you're still looking for her, she's a noble lady. The noble area is in the south-west of Peliad. I think there are 4 houses. If you've got Edward in your party, you'll KNOW when you walk into the right house

I know this question was asked before but the topic got locked so I can't post additional questions to it..
I am stuck on the quill quest. I've been wondering around the city for awhile now, found the shop that I need but all the person would ask is if mel is in the right place. I know i am missing something but don't know what.

You need to need a quill first. If yes, just examine any quill in the shop and Mel will get it... eventually XD

Oh duh...I've just been talking to the person. I will try that and see what happens. LOL
