you need a program to capture the video. i use firefox add on called Video DownloadHelper

and then a program to convert from FLV to AVI ... i used Smart FLV Converter

to make them into gifs you need a avi to gif converter,Video Avatar 4.0

Most of them are trial versions.

Haha, no, Astra, you're not dreaming! agas's siggie looks to be a combination of xxxHOLiC's volume 3 cover and Yuuko's pose in chapter 1 (although, she's probably done that pose many times in other chapters!)
