Hello. I was just wondering- do you have the Ahrimans' Prophecy music for download in a standard format e.g. .mp3? Because I can't play the .mid files without them being really buggy, but really want to listen to them.

most are only in midi format (9 of them to be specific are mp3. the rest are midi) and converting to mp3 is a hassle.

why can't you play them? Is it due to a codec problem?

Just a clarification: a few work, but most are almost unplayable. Every other track plays perfectly. I'm not quite sure why, but it doesn't play well on my XP or my OS X. The title becomes mojibake, and the music is of a lot worse quality than in-game. If .midi to .mp3 is a large hassle then a .wav, .aiff, .ogg, .flv, and whatever else would easily suffice. I suspect that the .midi here is an outdated one, and if that is the case then even a file update would be immensely helpful. Sorry if I'm being a hassle.

I should mention that I've had this problem for a long time, but was completely stumped at what to do.

But maybe you could import them into Audacity and use the converter to export them as mp3s?

according to this article, conversion with audacity would work.

problem: thinking it might be a codec problem cuz I play this game on vista and xp and I've never had problems with music.

as for the file update: i don't think that'll happen with ahriman prophecy because its amanda's first rpg and it hasn't been updated for years.
