I can't find the Diadem for Alicia - is it found somewhere, or can it be bought? If so, where?

It cannot be bought according to the strategy guide. I believe this is Alicia's starting equipment.

Is the Diadem her ultimate headgear? I think that may be in a locked chest in the Dreamworld.

If I'm reading the codes right, Alicia starts out with Diadem and its her ultimate headgear.
