Everyone knows I am a Grandma. Today I was babysitting, and my Grandson had to play inside because it is raining.

I should have know better than to check my email, but i did and while I was busy the boy gave the cat a bath...in the toilet. (I do keep it clean, but o my - the cat was upset!)


What did you do as a child that was a little wacky?

Owh, i feel sorry with the cat.
May i know old is your grandson now?
Maybe you could stay close with him. Where're his parents?
If i'm in that situation, maybe i'll matter to be with him in his room, with he's being in his box. Or anything. I'll play with him. And maybe sometimes sing for him? Some children love to hear soft song or some musical voices around them.
Wait. Since he already could give the cat a bath, he must be not that young...
Looking for little naughty boy, it'd be a hard task, but, how bout playing games?

thanks shadowshed - He is a good little boy of 4 yrs old, and Grandma was babysitting because his daycare lady was sick. He is an inventive little boy and I forgot that he sometimes has 'good ideas'.

He was playing with his toys just fine so I thought I would check my email, and when i came out of the office well, there he was, with the sad, drippy cat in his hands. Grandma's bathroom looked like Noah's Flood had happened there!

Did you ever do crazy things that seemed like a good idea at the time? I sure did!

we children love to play, or even destroying things. The good ideas keep flowing as we see something. Me too like to rebuild something that i broke and messed up with. It felt good that i could finally found what makes my mood so light, and the result is, get scolded by my mother, hehe

haha, well, i consider myself to be a "little lady" back then
the only crazy thing i did (as far as my memory can recall) is when i rushed to a man, bite his shirt, thinking it was my dad. its more of an embarrassing moment.

Well, once, when I was three, I decided to . . . er . . . flush myself down the toilet to see what it was like. I got as far as standing in the toilet before my mom found me.

And when I was four, I ran up to this one lady who looked like my aunt and grabbed her hand and started talking to her. Luckily she was nice and didn't think I was crazy.

I don't know why children are so fascinated with the toilet! I ususally try to keep the door shut when the wee ones are running about, but they are too smart for me sometimes!

It is good weather today, and the sun is shining. All is well at grandma's house!

Oh your lucky! My daughter Lucy decided to "go play outside with the dog". I had get my tiny baby ready, which only took like thirty seconds, before I went to go outside. Then I discovered Lucy wasn't out there, she was in the basement attempting to EAT A CRAYON.

Oh my gosh . . . yuck! That is gross, N_D!

When I was very little, I kept visiting my neighbor, my good friend, to borrow her princess costume 0.o
If that's not crazy, i don't know what is...

Oh yeah, when I was five, I took a bath in the toilet when my mom was napping.

My youngest daughter (who is 26 now) shaved the fur off our cat's back when she was 8. She was 'just testing the scissors', but the poor cat looked ridiculous for a while after that.

She at first tried to lie about it, but she was a baaaad liar and it was very obvious that she was lying. Finally she admitted to it.

I told her that the reason I was upset was not so much that she had shaved the cat, but that she had told me a lie.

i remembered the time when i lost my earrings. i was like.. practicing my speech for lying and when i faced my father, i broke down.. and cried. and cried. not so much of a liar, eh?
then he encouraged me, that just as long as i don't lie, he won't be angry

hmm, for most children, (i have 2 little sisters, 5 and 3 yrs old) they seem to um, stuff things inside their mouths (if the object can be stuffed XD).. well, i think children have their curiosity..

My dad left a 1$ bill out and I took it to my room
and grabed a marker and wrote my name all over it.
