I think it's perfectly reasonable to make Gyendal/Te'ijal non-incest if by 'siblings', they don't mean blood-related but just bitten by the same vampire.

Nowhere in the game was that said, and you don't really see little vampires trotting around Ghed'ahre, so it's likely that vampires are asexual and reproduce by transforming humans.

Beh... I still like to think vamps can reproduce. Te'ijal never said she was once human. Probably coz she forgot it or something, but still...

I basically sorta get the idea from the fact that everyone looks about the same age in Ghed'ahre, and you don't see little kids prancing about.
