How do I change how the menu looks? (not the title screen, when you hit Escape)(I don't even know if it's called the menu . . .)

Is it a script or something?

Yeah, you'd need a script.

Or, if you just don't want it to be the basic blue color, you just use a different windowskin.

The menu is created by several scripts. (Scene_Menu, Window_Gold, Window_Playtime, Window_MenuStatus, Window_Steps).

If you can describe what you want to change, I can help you out.

I think you might just need a window skin.

Here's a quick tutorial on how to make your own, that, while annoying, will give you the basics.

This will change the menu as well, though they didn't show it in the tutorial.

And somedifferent window skins you can download.

Unless what you want to change is not really the appearance, but more of the set up, in which case I can't help you, lol.
