Yes, there are attraction points. There were five things in the game you could have picked up to give as gifts to the three girls.

Nah, the third girl just needs the you-know-what the ring XD

Hmm, now I see the "give gift" option, didn't see it before.
Just got two out of five...

There are five attraction points, right? Could someone please tell me what I have to do in order to obtain all the attraction points or at least the general location (which city, cave system, tomb, etc. the point can be found in) of each?

ETA: I have a cupcake, but I have not seen an option to give it to anyone yet. I suppose I need to wait until Edward, Mel, and Stella are all in the same party. Is that correct?

I know two of them:
-Snail (Underfall shop)
-Comb (Mysten Far, somewhere in the floor, I believe)

Attraction points aren't usable DURING the journey.

Okay, I have the snail, and I haven't been to Mysten Far yet. Is the snail a negative attraction point or does it only have a positive outcome with one girl?

It deppends to which girl you give it. Every girl has a different reaction for each item/gift...

There are five 'attraction' items in all so far - one in Sedona, one in Clearwater, one in Mystern Far, one in Underfall and one in Veldarah.

I know I didn't create the topic, but as I got only 2 of the 5 attraction points, thankies for the tip Kirroha!
I'll keep an eye on them when I replay the game.

Where are their exact locations? And what are they?

I believe there's another thread like this. Anyway, there are five of them in total:

Cupcake - Veldarah
Love Song - Sedona
Bouquet - Clearwater
Comb - Mystern Far
Snail - Underfall

There are five in total, but depending on the girl they will contribute differently to their attraction points.

Haha, I only got 2 out of five (Bouquet and comb) too the first time round. It was enough for Stella though.

Where do you find the love song?

In Sedona, you have to have finished the quest for Gregor.

Then you can give your reward to someone in Sedona, that will in return eventually give you the love song.

how do I get edward to marry mel? She will not say yes.

Mel needs at least 3 attraction points. You gain points by giving the girls gifts.

i only have two gifts, the comb and the snail, what did I miss? and is there a way to get it late in the game?

Unfortunately, you can't get them now. However, you can try loading a save before the final battle and see if you can get another present. Here's the list of places where you can find the gifts:

Veldarah (Jenna's birthday party) - Cupcake
Clearwater - Bouquet
Sedona - Love Song
Underfall - Snail
Mysten Far - Comb

The snail only works on Mel
