Which OS are you using? Try running the game in compatibility mode for an older version of windows. I had the same problem (I'm using Windows 7) but when I put it in compatibility mode for XP it worked perfectly fine. See if it works for you, good luck

Sure. Right click on RPG_RT.exe, go to Properties, click on the Compatibility tab, then check the "Run in Compatibility Mode" box and set it to Windows XP or an older version.

@ktc:- playin with an engineer is alwayz fun in mass effect....though in mass effect 1 revolvers were my specialty as engineer....thank god they expanded tht in mass effect 2...i wz no longer restricted to handguns......finished it in hardcore both

I'm not really one to promote my own works, so even though I am working on a game right now, I find another game I've seen much more worthy of promoting. So...




Anyone excited for the release of To The Moon?

I tried out a new game called "Din's Curse" for the Mac/PC. I haven't totally finished it yet, but it's interesting. You choose your class, and go on quests for townspeople and the God Din. It's reminiscent of both Diablo and Titan Quest.

Story: The story isn't all that great. You just have to keep on doing quests to rebuild your reputation as a good person because you weren't very nice in your previous life. It's not very interesting. 5/10

Graphics/MusicThe graphics are pretty good. They're what you might expect out of a game like Warcraft. The music is nothing special. The places sound like dungeons, there are spooky noises, weird monster sounds. 7/10

World: The world is very interactive- you can cause cave ins in dungeons, people will actually die, monsters can attack and destroy the town that you're in and people come and go as they please. Money comes in three forms: Copper Pieces (CP), Silver Pieces (SP) and Gold Pieces (GP). 100 CP = 1 SP, 100 SP = 1 GP. It's simple to learn, and similar to Dungeons and Dragons money. The things that you find in the dungeons sometimes need to be identified. Your armour needs to be repaired. That's similar to Diablo. 9/10

Controls/Gameplay:The controls are easy to learn: Attack with a click, use hotkeys for skills, etc.
The quests are somewhat repetitive: Go kill the monster, fetch this, kill so many people on level 5 of the dungeon, etc. They provide some fun.
The class selection part of the game is really cool. You can choose to become a weapon specialist, a wizard, etc, or you can choose to be a hybrid. (This part really reminds me pf TQ.) The skill trees are neat- you can get any skill at any time regardless of level, as long as you can pay for it. Skills cost both Skill Points and Money. I didn't like that.
There are also different modes of play, such as Poverty, Honourable Death, etc. These make things harder for the hero. The hero can be male or female. The places that you travel to are randomly generated, so you won't go to the same place twice. 9.5/10

Total: 7.6/10
I would recommend that you try this game before you buy it to see if you like it. The game is enjoyable to play. Some parts are humourous, while others are just a bit boring. Click here to go to the website to take a closer look at it.

Finished a rerun with Gangrel on Vampire Masquerade Bloolines and it was easier because I knew what I was doing this time rather than go in guns blazing, no tutorials, etc.

I was mostly a beastmaster because I used my pet summons to do most of the killings for me. Made the game easy-ish.

Though to be honest, if you know what you're doing, Vampire is a easy to medium hard because the developers unfortunately didn't have enough time to balance the game. A lot of the moves if used properly are totally breaking the game.

Still, for what's there, its a great game.

Nutshell of clans and cool abilities used:

Malkavians: Entirely insane vampires with invisibility and dementia powers (can turn people crazy)

Nosferatu: Very ugly vampires with invisibility and animal summons. Making humans run away is fun.

Tremere: Vamps with totally cool but MP usage high Blood magic. Can make people's blood explode, summon a blood shield, make people vomit blood, etc. Makes most boss fights very easy.

Toreador: the pretty boy vampire with speed and intimidating aura. Stick a gun into a toreador's hands and watch her blow things up.

Ventrue: cutthroat vamps with dominating (force humans to bend to their will) intimidating aura, and shields

Gangrel: vamps who can turn into a human bat monster, have animal summons, and shields

Brujah: hello pure melee vamps. Speed, intimidating aura, and strength? overkill dude

Fav list:
1. Malkavian- literally insane vampire= FUN
2. Nosferatu - Boo
3. Tremere - blood magic <3
4-7. changes depending how I feel since the dialog isn't that different among them. Even the play style can be similar.

Gangrels roughly equal Nosferatu with no invisibility cloak or ugly looks

Toreadors can equal Brujah in terms of warrior ability. Though they pwn with guns.

Ventrue are similar to Malks in that they can dominate people to do things, like how Malks make you insane enough to do whatever they want. Also gets some perks like better blood bags than everyone else. But they are such picky bloodsuckers, and can only drain middle class humans and up.

What settings should I do to my computer because Robert, the game's main character not to go so slowly?
I use Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 1.

Umm..maybe Windows 2000. If that doesn't work, you may have to use an older save where the walking speed was fine.

In none of my previously saved tabs Robert normally goes. In all my tabs robert go slowly.

Well, if you're using Windows 7, try running it on compatibility mode for XP. Was the walk speed slow from the beginning or did it happen at a certain point?
