Elf_baby, I'm having trouble understanding your question.

If you are asking about the beginning of the game, just follow the story. Do everything the game tells you to do, and Ella will be allowed to participate in the Trials. If you've forgotten what you're supposed to do, just check Ella's diary.

If you are asking about the end of the game, well, that's the whole point of playing! Ella can only become a guardian if she's good enough. As you play through the game, keep an eye out for sidequests, look for sky orbs, and be sure to do well on the exam (which is about midway though the game). The more extra things that Ella does to help other people, the more likely she is to become a guardian at the end. Good luck!

I don't find it fun .... :/ i really want to have fun in it But just going around with 4 in a row ... Just there is no leader they all walk together and i sort of find it Boring :/ ... Is there is any fun coming up next on the game ?

Leader? Ella can not be considered as the leader, just because she got the attention. But yes, she made a weak character because she's a problem child and quite quiet.

Oh, you first have to enter the postoffice to receive a letter and then you'll find the piggy bank to the east. ^^

I went in and there is no letter.

Whether or not you get the piggy bank will depend on what answer you gave to the guy in the melting village who asked if one of the girls would be his princess

You can find them in wild woods, the conditions to get the mushrooms is after you talk to Humphrey and before giving him his food. And then you talk to the guy by the campfire.

Are you saying whether it's the last quest? Perhaps. But you'll stick with Ella till she becomes a guardian. Or not.

Where to find??

There are actually 52 sky orbs, and they are hidden in all the outdoor maps throughout the game. You'll find the first ones in "A Castle Wedding" and the last ones in "Homeward Bound."

Sky orbs are blue circles which have a faint snowflake pattern on them. Some of them are just sitting on the ground, in plain view. But many are partially hidden by trees. Some sky orbs are completely hidden. And for some, you'll need a very small character (Areth) to check inside caves. If you really really want to find them all, you'll have to check everywhere, even if you don't see anything!
