About The contest:

In this contest you have to write poems in hindi (I know everyone doesn't know hindi I'm coming to that). So you can write a poem in English and use google translate to translate it in hindi.
If you get stuck pm me and tell me!

Some Teeny Weeny rules!

You will have to send the entries by pm-ing me You will have to give the message the title Poetry contest and in the message body write *copy and paste* the poem. If u want to enter you can post in the forum. Please pm both the english and the hindi version of your poem. Another thing, the length of the poem should be 3 paragraphs (each paragraph of 4 lines) and the topic of poems can be any of these :
1) Poems about school
2) Poems about nature
3) Poems about fun
Please note one person can only submit one poem soo choose your poem wisely!

Who will be judging us and on what basis will be judging us??
I'll be judging the contest like who has written the best poem and how well it is read in hindi!

मैं कभी कभी करने के लिए तैरने की तरह,
और कभी कभी टीवी देखते हैं.
मैं भी पढ़ने का आनंद लें,
या एक सीडी को सुन रहा है.

मैं कंप्यूटर खेल की तरह,
और मैं के लिए धूप में आराम पसंद है,
लेकिन एक बात मैं वास्तव में आनंद
है बहुत मज़ा आता रहा.

मैं जानता हूँ कि यह काफी मूर्खतापूर्ण लगता है,
कहने का मजाक ही है कि,
लेकिन अगर सच्चाई की किताबों में शब्द थे
कि एक पूरे शेल्फ भरना चाहते हैं.

English:
I sometimes like to swim,
and sometimes watch TV.
I also enjoy reading,
or listening to a CD.

I like to play the computer,
and I like to relax in the sun,
but the one thing I really enjoy
is having lots of fun.

I know it sounds quite silly,
to say that fun's itself,
but if truth were words in books
that'd fill an entire shelf.

Urdu=Hindi
The only difference is the alphabet but the vocabulary is the same

yea right theone is very near to india so he wrote in hindi sort of like proper hindi soo I like his poem too soo no need of translation as i understood it all if someone needs a traslation tell me and i shall do it! BTW, how to u want ur avvie and siggie set theone??
