First info: Ahriman's Prophecy has been my #1 favorite game for about two years. Now I'm having bug after bug in the game.
1. Save files are there in the save file place in the game, but I don't have the save files in the Ahriman's Prophecy folder.
2. I can't move my character and they're moving by themself. When I exited the game and tried to play the game, I couldn't click "begin quest" and I couldn't even use the arrow keys to move down to "leave quest".
3.. When I was trying to defeat the wicked witch(the one who stole the broomstick), I couldn't get near her(same thing with the boss in the Underworld, but I found a way to get near her).

1. Default save is generally:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ahriman's Prophecy

however, it could also be found:
C:\Users\*UserNameHere*\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Ahriman's Prophecy

if it's in neither location, a search through your computer for save01.lsd might work. make sure you're searching through hidden folders also.

2. I'd try reinstalling the game, but get the saves first.

3. sounds like some switches activated when they shouldn't. I can fix it, but I either need your save files or send you modified game files. I rather edit a save file than the game files.

The first problem's done I've reinstalled the game several times, but it still doesn't work.

quick question but it doesnt mean it happened to me in ap.
is there a bug that causes names to be missplaced but not by the scripter/writer? what i mean is by switches and varibles that shouldnt be there at the moment?

@binas: i'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking if switches turn on randomly in AP?

If you mean the wrong name is shown when someone is talking, that's usually an error in the script writing, not with any switches/variables.

oh. i was just asking because it happened in av3-4.

Yeah, I think there are a couple name errors in all the games.
