UPDATE:
Yay I have finished the first forest in the game, I still need to make the cave map though and I am expanding another map (Which is a dark space map). If all keeps going well I might be able to get a demo of the game out in about a month but that also depends on assesment because it is comming up soon for me.

Hey Slimmmeiske2 is making sprites for me and this is Shanna's but there is a promblem I cant decide which color looks better, so I want your opion on it. Im putting a poll up please vote!

I voted for green, even though they both look good ^^

Hmm... colors for Shanna huh... Well, if you have the green, it would be more animal-like because she needs to blend into her surroundings. Kinda like a camo jacket or something.

But the white looks nice too, cuz she looks more normal that way like if Shanna went walking into town or something.

Overall, i think I'll have to go with the white, although both look excellent

Hey just a notice. I am currently making a few more maps, fixing up mistakes, making sure that the eventing is running how it should, and adding some scripts in soon. By the looks of it I should have a demo done in about three to five weeks at this stage.

Because of this I want to get a list of people to beta test the demo. I have some spots filled already due to them helping so I want them to.

Update:
Bad news my computer that has Treasured Locket game files on has a promblem with the screen. I need to take it in to get it fixed but I can't do that for a while. T_T This will delay the demo by how long it takes to get fixed which I presume would be about three or four weeks. I apoligize to all those who were waiting for the demo but you are just going to have to wait longer.

During this time I will be making some more maps for the game on the computer I am on now. (It has rpg maker xp) But sadly I did not copy the files of the game onto this computer (the files were on my old USB but it broke and I forgot to copy them onto my new USB).

Thanks I hope all my files are okay too. Anyway in the meantime while my computer is down I shall be working on the script/storyline a bit and making more maps on my other computer.

Thanks, Tale of the Nightingale is going to be a Visual Novel. I plan to release a demo when I have about or around 7000 words in total, at the momment I have about 2600 words in total. At the pace I'm writing I say I can get a demo out in a couple of weeks but I also want sprites in the game so it will take longer.

But anyway I will post here a post saying that the demo is out when it is. So no need to worry

YAY! Good news! My computer is now fixed and I can start work again on Treasured Locket!

But also with this my school has resumed and it is only a short term so I will get my assessments probably in the week after next week. Aside from this I will try to get a demo out, my guess is it will take about Four to Six weeks depending how busy I am.

Also I will send messages to all the beta teasters with links for the game demo, when it is finished so you don't have to ask.

Another thing is I am thinking of changing the tilesets I use to the ones from Aveyond two. (I have asked for permission) This is because I like the look of the tilesets and it seems to suit with the Elf theme more. Also because I plan to make a game in the future that connects to Treasured Locket, with the Aveyond two tilesets.

But I also do know that changing tilesets and then mapping the maps would take some time so what do you think I should do? I will put a poll up for this question. Please vote!
