Wandering the web this evening and found this link for a rpg creator that seems to be multi-platform... does anyone know of this?

Looks interesting. It totally looks like RMXP adapted for multi platform, but hey... Whatever works.

This maybe Lambchop's dream RPG Maker. She said she wanted something like this to put Aveyond on a bunch of platforms. Someone tell her quick about this topic!

I'm concerned because the site doesn't seem to be finished and it is only $10... but I'd be really excited if it is that great a deal!

It's very basic. There's only a single tileset, 2 autotiles, 2 characters (which are the same, just recoloured). But you have the ability to upload additional resources.

There's no downloadable - you build your game online. I suppose that has the benefit of being able to work on your game on multiple devices wherever you are.

At $10, it's a good deal, IF you're prepared to wait for all the extras that are yet to come. But don't expect to be able to make a game NOW, unless it's a very small one

It also looks like it uses an action battle system, rather than turn based, so you'd have to write your own plugin if you wanted an RPG Maker style battle system.

Hmm, I read for a while about making RMXP-like games for iOS or Android, and as I see, the only way is using the Unity engine, in which, you must use 2D characters instead of 3D. It's complicated.. That's the only way to make RMXP-like games for Android. The only game I played on my Tablet is Inotia 4.
