i can't run Ahriman's Prophecy in fullscreen mode, how to change it to widowed mode??

Try Alt+Enter or F4 to switch between full screen and windowed mode. To make it even smaller, press F5 after F4.

i think it will work if i already opened the game .
and the game didn't opened in my laptop

Which OS are you using? You could try setting it to run in compatibility mode for Windows 95 or 98 to see if that fixes the problem.

To do so, right click on the game icon and choose Properties and then the Compatibility tab. You can also try checking the boxes for 256 colors, 640x480 resolution.

it just wont run......i completed the game 3 times....but now something happened JUST the day i downloaded the goodies.....

UntoldReveries : i'm using windows7 , and my game didn't run after i reisntalling my laptop . and i think my laptop only in 1366x768 resolution .

i'm already try your suggest but it's no use right now . it's still written : DirectDraw Error

It sounds like a DirectX issue. Try installing the latest version of DirectX. Hopefully this will take care of the problem.

Download the June 2010 DirectX SDK. That one is the most recent.

I suggest installing the whole package just to be sure. DirectX Runtime is the most important though.

it didn't installed right . it says setup has not complete.

I guess try running the setup again.

it still cannot work, how? maybe with other it can be work .

Try just installing DirectX Runtime and see if that works.

maybe the resolution of the game isn't compatible wid ur pc....or maybe the game can't run in ur current resolution or refresh rate.

btw, i don't think AP requires Direct X.

@ soumyakhanna : yes , i think my laptop's resolution cannot fit with AP game full screen mode , but for widowed mode, it still can run .
How to refresh rate?

uh klaudz..its "wiNdowed" mode....
and nevermind the refresh rate that doesnt affect the game.
