Can someone recolor a face set that hides the face? Kind of like this one on the bottom-left corner--->

But the hood must be long enough only to cover the eyes but enough to show the "emotions" - smirking, smiling, a big "=D", angry, no reaction etc etc. Editing that one is ok.

Also "masked" ones like ninjas (think Kakashi in Naruto) are okay but with emotions on the eyes.

Heck even that "mystery guy" in detective conan is ok as long as there's emotions. ._.

You could probably even try out the built-in face generator in RMVX Ace. Use the trial to export as many pics you need or something. There's a massload of "expansion packs" for the faces/features in the RPG Maker forums out there.

Also, Japanese sites. Maybe there's something good buried under the pile of posts somewhere...

That's great! Uh... I need to change it to 256 (?) in ms paint so I can put it inside rm2k or..?? Is it even possible to just use that one as the faceset, not cut it into square/rectangles?

just shrink it to faceset size and reduce colors.

though probably gonna need to sharpen it alot since you're reducing the size so much.

How do you "reduce" colors?

I used Irfranview to do that.

Speaking about facesets/sprites, the background color is usually just one color. If I'm going to make a new sprite sheet/facesets, does that mean that the background color can be any color? Like when you're choosing the sprite, the background color around the sprite won't appear in the game. So any color is ok?

If I remember correctly (since it's been awhile since I did facesets and the like) the background can be pretty much any color.
