Did closing and re-opening the game fix the problem?

I'm facing the same issue, closing and opening the game did not fix the problem , I've fought that dratted bird at least 4 times now, does anyone know how to fix this? is there some kind of patch out?


Ok figured it out, just for anyone else facing this issue its not a bug as I had at first thought.
You have to defeat the bird/Aerfae after 6 turns, keep guarding yourself till then or just inflict status damage spells, wait for her to say something in the lines of "you are tough but don't underestimate me" defeat her then. I was finishing her off way too quick before , hopefully this helps others who are confused too

EDIT: Never mind about the Tidecrest problem. When I used the keyboard insteaad of the mouse, it worked.
