Criminal Mind vs Suspect Behavior Rant:

Bleh, normally I like Criminal Minds but I strongly dislike their crossover episode with Suspect Behavior.

Season 5 "The Fight" episode was just boring and the whole epi was a 'show how more awesome and efficient this team is compared to the original' which was not cool. The other team had little to no chemistry together and teamspiritness between the two teams was forced.

No wonder Suspect Behavior was canceled after it's first season.

Now I gotta go watch a legit CM episode.

The Big Bang Theory fans, anyone?

I've seen clips of that show, and to me it seems overrated.


On a different note, is there any finale you guys are looking forward to? I'm looking forward to House and Once Upon a Time. I just hope they don't mess up House's last episode.

@Mopiece: How has Once Upon a Time been recently? I haven't seen the last three (?) episodes because I got really tired of Emma being stupid and nothing happening.

The finales I'm looking most forward to are those for Revenge, Desperate Housewives, and Community. Other than that I'll probably be watching the finales of New Girl and Suburgatory.

I've recently watched the first season of Game of Thrones and it really is worth the hype. Has anyone else seen it? I haven't watched any of the second season yet, but I've downloaded and I know what happens because I've read the books. I just hate how HBO waits a year before releasing their shows. It's obnoxious.

Naw never watched Game of Thrones. I photomaniped the Iron throne and someone on it but that's about all my experience with it lol.

I'm looking forward to Mentalist, Criminal Minds, and Hawaii 50 season finales.

@KTC: It's totally worth the ten or so hours it takes to watch it, although there is some nudity (and a completely terrible scene where two women randomly perform lesbian sex in the background while a major character talks in front of them). The books are better, of course, but when are they not?

Yeah, I've seen the recent episodes of Once Upon A Time. Emma does some stupid things, but the evil Queen makes up for it.

As for Game of Thrones, I've been wanting to watch it. I've heard good things about it, I just want to read the books first. And I'm currently reading something else, so it'll be a while before I actually get around to watching the series.

I watched the season finale of New Girl on Sunday and the season finale of One Upon A Time on Monday morning, and both of them surprised me by being much better than expected. Somehow Once did what I thought was impossible and made me decide to return for next season. That ending with the magic returning and everyone remembering... Well, what happened in the finale should have been spread throughout the season, with only the very final events actually occurring here, but I applaud how fast the story finally moved.

I was surprised too. However, I think it was a cop out that Emma's kiss woke Henry. I get that she's his mother and that she loves him, I just don't think that a mother's love=true love. I am excited for next season though.

I agree completely. I hate it when a show or movie or book kills a character and then two seconds later they're awoken by magic or whatever with absolutely no consequence. Also, I hate the Henry character, so his death really excited me (I'm not excited by the death of children, per se, but I am a fan of bad characters being written out of TV shows).

I'm so glad then that I'm not the only one that was actually looking forward to Henry's death. I'm sure the actor is a sweet kid, but Henry just annoyed me.

And I think, Henry's death would have been more significant then Henry's living. I think the writers for the show could have done some interesting stuff with it.

I'll still watch next season though, because I want to see what happens with Mr.Gold adding Magic to the town. That's what he was doing, right? And I hope we got to see Pinocchio again. I ended up actually liking him.

@Mopiece: I'm interested in seeing what Mr. Gold is planning, but I'm really confused as to the Belle character. She doesn't seem to have any real motivation, and her being "in love" with Mr. Gold seems completely arbitrary. I'm not really buying her, no matter how much she looks like Disney's Belle brought to life in human form. Also, terrible wig.

And was it just me, or should the episode have ended with Regina's creepy smile as she sees the magic flood the town? It was so ominous and it would have been the perfect note to end the season. Instead there was another minute or so and the episode ended in a lame shot of the clock tower (which was a terribly unimpressive building, when it comes right down to it). I've realized that Storybrooke is an ugly town. I hope they shoot somewhere else next season. This is one time when a break in continuity would not make me unhappy. The town is just really unpleasant.

Also, I just watched the four episodes of HBO's Veep today and it's really, really good. The profanity is gratuitous and often obnoxious, but the rest of the show is really well done. It's really clever and funny, and the acting's truly great, which is kind of a rarity in comedy. I recommend it to anyone interested (although you're going to have to either have HBO or download it, since HBO's policies are so limiting).

Your right, they really need to expand on Belle's character. I hope they do, since I do like Mr.Gold. He is really interesting, and I always have a hard time figuring out what his motives are.

No, I think it should have ended with Regina's smile. I think that would have been a more powerful ending than the clock tower.

Unfortunately, one of the most boring and cardboard character survived and married one of the girls. I hope this doesn't mean he's going to play a major part in the next season cuz he's so boring.

And Emily is leaving. *sigh* At least she didn't die this time.

Hawaii 50 finale was better though Kono appears to have died which sucks as she's the only female character in the main team.

NCIS finale seems to have killed Duckie by way of heart attack/stroke which sucks as he's one of my fav characters.

Ugh, all my fav characters are dying and leaving only cardboard useless things.

I don't watch it, but I've heard that it's good. I'd probably watch it if it hadn't already amassed eight or however many seasons and I didn't have a ton of shows to watch besides. Seriously, I just made a list of all of the shows that I have started and intend to continue and I literally have 31 shows that are either finished, currently airing, or in-between seasons. Only six of those am I actually caught up on (not counting the shows I've finished completely)... I watch a couple episodes of TV about every other day, so it will take me all summer to get caught up on everything. Maybe I'll try Supernatural then. XD
