I up to make an animated costume menu and as you can

It's interesting, but nobody I know does it like that. You just add scripts by hitting F11 and adding them into the list of scripts there.
Why do you want to do it that way?

A GUI for the Script Manager is being considered to make it easier to use. If you can't wait until then and really don't wish to use the Script Manager, well you just have to open the .rb files with Notepad and copy/paste their contents into your project's script editor, as shaz suggested.
