It's got to do with the number of post you made. Shaz still has full HP, so she must be posting a lot, LOL.

I've had 0 HP for quite some time and no matter how much I post it hasn't gone up. I have no idea what the HP and MP is for here anyway. If it's just a decoration, it seems pretty pointless if you're going to have 0 HP all the time.

It's not just one HP per post, but I still don't really get how it works. There's a guide somewhere in the FAQ, I think.

This Guide gives some explanation of HP/MP.
HP is based on your average posts per day. So if you posted a ton today, but you haven't posted for weeks before that, then your HP will still be low.

It means that KTC posts very VERY regularly
Or if she doesn't, she made up for it with a day of crazy posting-happy  According to the guide you have to average a post a day or something (i.e in a year you have to have at least 365 posts).

Strangely enough, I don't post that much on the forums. Perhaps a couple times a week but certainly not a lot.

@Mei: Yeah, only a few people on AM have full HP and KTC and Aisling's two as far as I know. XP

Well, it's a-post-a-day average. So... If you post 5 posts one day then not post for three days afterwards it'll not decrease your HP. I think.
I had a giant gaping hole in my posting history because I wasn't all too active in my early days. I probably have to make like 100 posts a week to make up for the lost days or something.

Do Spam Haven posts count towards HP? I know they don't count towards your post count or your gold, but do they count towards HP?
