Go through Red Rock Pass, which you can access from the northwest of Brightwood Forest.

I need help finding the location of the southernmost Quarter Key. The World Map shows it in a Kingdom called Drackthar? (I'm not sure; the Key symbol is covering the name.)

It's Dragkthor.
Once you've gained the tightrope walking ability from Tar Vedron, go explore Phyree Jungle to find the entrance to Mali Desert. Once there, find the cave that leads to Mt Drake, which leads up to Dragkthor. For the list of maps, please refer to the stickyed topic "Guides, Walkthroughs, Maps etc".
