If you mean the silver key, you can try following the chapter on Toy Factory (Chapter 6) in my Commentary Walkthrough to find the key.

As for the map of north pole, sorry I don't have one, but you can explore it fully using chapter 9 of the same walkthrough. Hope this helps.

I've got a new windows 7 64 bit laptop and now I can't get the rock to roll past the bunny girl to set the elf free. I know I've played this gme before but it must have been on the old pc. Is it possible I've missed something? The rock just stops at the bunny girl and won't go any further.

Ah, in that case, you can't push the boulder THROUGH the bunny girl, you have to push it AROUND her. Check out my commentary walkthrough if you need more help.
