Since Win7 is the natural successor of Vista, it should have the same path as Vista.

In any case, %APPDATA% will get you where you want to go regardless of the Windows OS version.

Gosh, that's a question only your computer can answer. Let's see... Are there any save files named Save1.rxdata or similar in your %APPDATA%\Aveyond 3\Chapter 3 folder?

Arianwen:In TLO, you choose New Game even if you are continuing from GoN. After you choose yes, the game then asks if you want to continue a game, IF it finds the end-of-game save from GoN.

Are you clicking NEW GAME and it doesn't ask you that?

She shouldn't have to move anything unless she's transferring saves from another computer or getting a save from someone else.

Are you sure you had the game make the GoN end-of-game save for continuing in TLO? After the game ends, it asks if you want to save to continue in the next chapter. If you said yes, the game was saved in your chapter 3 (TLO) folder. When TLO starts and you choose 'Yes' to continue from chapter 2, it then lets you load the GoN end-of-game save.

If the game is asking if you want to continue, it definitely sees your GoN e-o-g save. Does the load screen then appear totally blank? If any game at all shows up there after saying you want to continue, it is a GoN end-of-game file.

If you see a save and load it, but think it isn't your save from GoN because Mel is alone and doesn't have anything in her inventory, that is because that is the way the game starts, no matter what.
