Can someone help me with the grandmother quest? I found her in the vanquished city and she tells me that I have to us my puzzle skills to find her or something like that, but I'm not sure where that is. Please help! :/

So, I'm pretty much done with this game except one thing bothers me. I noticed that all the characters have 4 weapons, 3 armors and 2 trinkets that stay with them throughout the game. Except for Sasha, who has only 2 pieces of armor. I guess I missed one for her somewhere, or did they just never give her one? Does anyone know?

I've just started playing this game but have had a few problems. I managed to kill the Elder in the Temple (eventually!)but no reward. I reloaded at last save point and killed the Elder again but the 'box' just says 'nothing' for the reward.
I have the strategy guide and note that I should receive the lucky red hat. Any clues what I have done wrong?
