I mean compared to Indie games. I mean, how could I be asking you to compare Aveyond to games like Diablo?

For me it is, honestly the only games I can play are Aveyond ones without not liking anything, or getting bored... I could play all day, for all I know. Everything is great and Amanda has improved in AV3. The chapter-sistem is a wise thing she'd done. Pay less, play more

The one that really "touched" me was Aveyond I, and the main characters. Rhen and snobby Lars, both stubborn, which makes it even more interesting. If a book would be written, I'd definitely be in heaven reading it. Aveyond is totally a game that should have a book written for.

Okay, and Love's Epitaph my second choice game. I'm taking a big liking in that game, too.

I like Aveyond despite its many flaws and limitations, but those are what kept it from being "the best ever".

I very Love Aveyond Series..i like the tilesets and stories especially Aveyond 2 which was my the most favorite game in all Aveyond series BUT no one can't beat Laxius Force Series because of it's playable time,story,lots of secrets to finds and a great lots of side quests to complete.

Though it might have not been the best now, Aveyond still holds a special place in my heart (*barfs*) since it was the first rpg I've ever played and it got me to playing other older ones.

Aveyond was the very first RPG I even played, but it has it's flaws. Sure, it's beautiful, but, well...I love it, really I do. Some part of my heart will be dedicated to Aveyond 1. Still, though, it's not...the best. I think this question is kind of open-ended, since all of us have different opinions?

A yes from me, definitely! AV2 was the first RPG I ever played; liked it so much I had to go back and play the first one. My interest was held all the way through the four AV3 chapters, and my anticipation for the fourth installment continues to build on a daily basis.

I've tried to get into other RPG's, but they just don't seem to do it for me. I keep coming back to Aveyond.

For me, I think it's the winning combination of Amanda's dedication, imagination, and writing talent and Aaron Walz's terrific musical soundtrack. I really hope they continue to work together.
