Generally, if the problem is an anti virus program making a mistake, you can verify that by disabling the anti virus, and reinstalling the game. if it works with the antivirus off, then the anti-virus was probably what was causing the problem.

If it was, then we can report this false positive to the company that makes this anti-virus program so they can figure out why and fix the problem on their end.

There is a sticky in the announcements forum where you can put the data so we can report it, or I can do it for you if you want.

The needed information is:
1) Anti-virus name (you mentioned Jiangmin, but it looks like they have more than one product on their site... also need which one it is)
2) Anti-virus Version number
3) Which game you're having problems with
4) Date when the deletion occurred.

@elf baby: As I can't seem to find any instructions with kv antivirus on google(jiangmin's antivirus product which i'm presuming you're using), I'd suggest contacting the company directly and ask them how to make an exception or at least disable part of it so you can test if its the antivirus that's blocking it.
