Yeah, I agree with D_A on that. What happened with the druids? We never got to see Talia and the others.

I miss all of them. But until we see or know for sure that and if they are included in the next Aveyond, we can only play AV1 if we want to see them. And that is exactly what I'm gonna do

The daevas and druids are really the only old cast members I'd want to see from Av1 again, well and Galahad and Tei'jal.

I'm not really interested in seeing the other party members again. Yes, they were fun, but it'd be nice to get new ones.

Yes, I think that too. I hated AV2 for not having Te'ijal and Galahad as party members. (Well not actually hate it but that's the only part that I didn't like). So it was with TLO too...
So, even if there will be no more druids, there MUST be Te'ijal and Galahad.

Te'ijal and Galahad are over-rated. I don't mind them popping in as party members, but I'm not necessarily looking for it. They're not really THAT interesting. It's the fans' own imagination that make them up to be more interesting than they really are.

@Mopiece: I agree about party members returning. The party members have enough screen time in their own games. I don't want them returning for MORE in the sequels. Maybe as NPCs is fine, just to see how they're doing nowadays, but other than that? No. Don't want them back as party members. I'm super tired of people screaming for Mel and Eddie to return. They're not even canonically together

I'm still all for Dark Side Aveyond. I want to play as the daevas and Gyendal and see them have faces. I'm not at the level where I can make my own doujin game for it, LOL.
When I mentioned that in my head the daevas are not dead (AV1 bad ending mentioned that the daevas were destroyed), Amanda says it's possible that they're not REALLY destroyed. Elini still could summon them, after all. They have to exist SOMEWHERE.

Still, yeah. Daevas and druids lurking as NPCs is good enough for me. As for Gyendal, I ain't taking him back unless he's PC.

Like Uma unexpectedly did something not her. Or Nox actually being nice for once. Mel was unsuspectingly bad when returned from Shadow Aveyond.

AV3 was definitely going towards the right direction, IMO. The story quality is way better than 1 and 2, especially because the bad guys aren't evil "just 'cause" like Ahriman and Heptitus. Gyendal, who wants a vampire revolution because he thinks it's within his rights as a predator, and Mordred who wants to self-fulfill an ancient prophecy. Villains with legitimate reasons for being evil are great!

Oooh, Shaz! Shaz! Convince Amanda to give the major villains faces, pleeeeeease???? Iconic villains are as important as the heroes!!! Just look at people like Sephiroth and Jecht from Final Fantasy!!!

I really want a female villain again. One with, as d_a said, intelligent motivations. We haven't had one since Ishtar and Heptitus, and they're terrible villains. Besides, everybody knows that all the best villains are female.

Also, agreed with everyone that I want to see the Druids and Daevas return. As long as they come back, though, I'd also like to see AV2's Nymphs return, besides Heptitus, and Iya and Ean in some capacity. They're too boring to have as party members unless something's changed, but they're certainly still alive and it would be really awesome to see them again. There was also something at the end of the game about Iya becoming something else (can't remember what it was), and I'd like to see that expounded. AV2 is kind of the black sheep of the Aveyond games. I'd like to see it get at least a little love. XD

Who knows? Maybe something gets twisted in AV4. Nox due to her dark nature may make a villain but still not hunching on it.

Aveyond 3 is finished. The next Aveyond that comes out will be Aveyond 4.

Since Amanda is still brainstorming there is no knowing whose point of view it'll be in.

What I am basically saying is something like The Loin King 1/2. That was told through Tamon and Pumba's perspective. Maybe We will have similar perspective with Uma and Nox through their eyes.

It's highly doubtful that Amanda will retell the same story from a different perspective.
