I'm having trouble filling in the water and grass tiles. How do I keep the grass tiles inside the outline of the land masses?

can you show a screenshot? I don't see how the tles would go outside the outline by accident

Easy~ Take a picture of the screen while test-playing with the "Prt Sc" Control... And then paste it in Paint or somewhere, Upload into some image uploading site and Then post it here.. ^^

I think the menu you get by pressing ESC key... o_O

It still goes to the game menu when I'm play testing and try taking a screen shot

Yes. Just pressing the Pr Scrn button while play testing.
I'm hoping to get the first few maps and beginning done. Since It'll be hard to continue any further before.

what happens if you press that button when you're not using rpgmaker? because it really shouldn't do that...

Not sure. Maybe you get a screen shot of you desktop instead of your game.
