@ipink: I like them only if they have great characters and interaction between said characters.

Never got into CSI since they were all "let's wow you with our technology!" which aren't very good. My mum and I just laughed at their 'dead brains' because they look so fake. Character interaction was usually very awkward to watch on that show.

Oh, and David Caruso, the main actor from CSI: miami, sucks.

I hate CSI. The show is so bad. And it's so inaccurate when it comes to guns. You'd think a show like this would get it right, or at least close to right.

And the sunglasses thing with David is just ridiculous. I just wish all the CSI shows would end already.

@Mopiece: CSI: Miami was canceled this season, so only two are left.

Oh I didn't know that, but it makes me happy. Hopefully the other two follow suit soon.

With fall finally arriving, what are the shows everyone is looking forward to? Are there in shows that you're disappointed didn't return, or vice versa?

I'm looking forward to the premiere of The Walking Dead. The only other show I was looking forward to premiered last Sunday, which was Once Upon a Time.

No longer am I very excited to watch Criminal minds: One of my fav characters left the show ;-; Actress wanted to do something different so she left. Well, at least they didn't kill her character off.

I'm really interested in Elementary because it features Sherlock Holmes. The trailers seem to she Holmes being sufficiently eccentric. I'll withhold judgement on Female!Watson until I've actually seen the show.


Mentalist is looking pretty good.

Hawaii 5-0: Asian character's wife is murdered ;-; At least the murderer was killed. More daddy issues = oh joy /sarcasm.

And that's it for me for now.

I've been following Revolution, and so far so good I guess. Just like Lost, the writers/producers have a winning formula: even if you are not impressed with the characters or acting and even if you get frustrated/confused with the plot, you'll still watch just to possibly learn why/how things are the way they are.

I forgot about the new Sherlock. I'm going to wait until I hear what people think about it, before I watch it. The whole female Watson just confuses me. I don't see how it adds anything to Watson, or why Watson needs to be a girl.

I saw the pilot and I wasn't really impressed. I'm not entirely sure what it is I don't like. Maybe I was just expecting more? I don't know. But I'll wait until I hear if it gets better.

I've been completely turned off from Revolution ever since they had 24/7 commercials during the Olympics.

My impressions from the commercials:

The storyline seems meh, the characters seem like Twilight reincarnies (Yes, brown-headed girl. You randomly find a hot guy who wants to join you on your quest), and swordfighting/crossbow?

Most people don't even know how to use/make/maintain a sword/bow/crossbow correctly (also don't know how to make one without electricity. ) and you expect me to believe that all of a sudden people are experts at it? I'm already having a lot of issues with "Zomg, ALL forms of electricity gave out! D:"

Uh, no. Goodbye.

Another show I keep forgetting to watch is Grimm. Think Police crime show with Fairy Tale creatures. Main character ie Grimm is bland, but I really like the side characters.

I watched one episode of Good Wife earlier and I'm never going to watch it again. I couldn't figure out whether the show wanted you to take it seriously or as a comedy lawyer thing. They episode's storyline felt incomplete and unfulfilling, there was a really weird karate scene between ExHusband and wife which lead to predictable Angry!sex, and there was an extremely incompetent Hitman who crumbled after getting whacked in the hand. It wasn't even broken :/

Now I like martial arts in my shows/movies, but there's a time and place for it. Randomly starting a fight in an elevator and than being all Bruce Lee with the "come at me" hand wave is just...wut?

I watch Grimm. I don't really like the main character that much. But I do like the side characters. Monroe is pretty much why I watch it, well and the Captain. I forget his name though.

I also watch because that Captain dude with his amoral torture-loving french pals are intriguing. I wanna know what side he's on since at times he helps Grimm but other times, it looks like he wants him eaten. >.>

Oh, and Grimm's police buddies are pretty cool too. Especially Asian dude who gets quite snarky sometimes lol.

Yeah, I'm not too sure what side the Captain is on. I hope we get more clues this season.

I do hope they get a spin-off, they'd be like female version of Sherlock except Sherlock is a lizard person with a habit of eating the bad guy. Oh, and they wield katanas, banter like heck, actresses have chemistry, etc. *another happy sigh*

I learned they are going to be in the Dr. Who Christmas Special so something to squee over.

Oh, and the rest of the episode was interesting. I might start watching Dr. Who when I have more time.

Oh yeah, and a friend told me Game of Thrones was like Skyrim the game. My interest in it has suddenly jumped 10 fold.

Since the Game of Thrones is the 'hot' thing right now, I've decided to check it out. And ohhh boy did I never expect it to have many...nekkid scenes. @_@ The f-bombs seemed funny to me (esp since it's set in a medieval world), didn't know if I should laugh or just go 'wth' when that V-something prince told Daen???? he doesn't care if she got ____ by 40 thousand men as long as he gets the throne or something haha. xd

Read about the penance walk of Cersei later on and not even sure if I should watch past eps 1. Now I get why my friend said that the book is bad. .__.

Well the show is for mature audiences, so you should have expected adult language as well as adult situations.

I never expected it to be a mature show from the looks of it so I was a bit taken aback. And just because it has those qualities doesn't automatically make the show or story good. After giving episode 2 a go, I can officially conclude that the show is just a giant rapefest. But I will admit the acting of the dwarf king is superb.
