Is there a map to the Sleepy Hollow woods anywhere? I can't find one candle.

actually i'm fighting the "writer" now but i always lose LOL i'm already at lvl 56 and i maxed out the defense bonus in lily's house.. is there an effective strategy to defeat it?? (that's why i want to get the reward in the flame hall because it might help me)

Have Curly use Focus at the beginning, have someone else use Shell, make sure you've crafted all the potions you can, also try out different accessoires. ^^
(I don't really remember the reward in the flame hall, I think it was an accessoire...)

For the 1st flame puzzle, try this sequence:

6 > 8 > 2 > 7 > 9

The reward is a Pendant of Purity and a Ring of X-Spellpower.

How do I beat Imhotep? He just uses inferno twice and it does almost twice my health so even fully healed, the entire party just dies

Edit: Also, I can't figure out how to do the second optional sliding puzzle. I'm not very good at these.

Well since he's fire element, make sure to have some water spells and equip the fire dress and Flower of Water. Heal II or Healga spell would be pretty useful here. If you have the corsage of fire, equip it on your healer. See to it that the character with the water spells has the pendant of chill equipped as he's prone to cast burn which causes mute. Also, don't forget you can always switch to easy mode at any time

Try solving the top row and then don't touch it once it's done. You can also google '3x3 slider puzzles' for some easy tutorials.

Just try to remember where the trap doors are and avoid them. But you need to fall through one trapdoor at the bottom left of the room to reach the second floor and be able to progress.

You can't avoid them, but you can go around them. Try to remember where every trap is and pick a different route. Eventually, you'll wind up at a 'dead end. Go stand in the center of the last square in the lower-left-hand corner of the maze and you'll fall through to the 2nd floor and be able to proceed.

it took me several times to get trhough it but i made it. now i'm thinking that i maybe should have taken the queens corridors before the great gallery :/

never mind, i found my way through and barely beat imhotep

Sorry, but could I get a bit more detail on the flame puzzle? I tried what I thought was the order you suggested, but it didn't work. You give the numbers, but does the grid you're referring to go like this?

You have to take the trapdoor at the lowest left corner of that floor to land on the 2nd floor.

Thanks UR !It's really tricky that you have to get to the trapdoor you really have to creep at the bottom from the right side to the left downest corner.
