In the character concept Clara looks more mature than the In-Game portrait, will we get to see her grow up? And I'm curious since Haze is the look-at-me-i'm-such-a-jerk guy, will there be any girl falling for him? Because there could be of use for someone to change his attitude.

Agreed with Shyvanna. I'm guessing that her loss of innocence opened her eyes to the real world, and the darker thoughts. Being raped is no small matter, after all. Also a bit curious on Haze, he's definitely jerk material, but I'd like to see a girl's reaction on it in-game.

Hmmm seems more that he is living in an abandoned mansion rather than a castle.... But that is just my preference.

Everyone can download the File #0: Intrusion Beta below!
While this is not a proper episode, it does act as the intro to the story. File #0, does not allow player control, it is mainly story based. File #1, will have all features, and most importantly player control. File #0 is only a quarter of the length of a regular episode. We're sharing this super early so that we can hear your feedback! K, just finished the demo.
Things you should notice: -There were times when it's completely silent. This is a big no no in an rpg game. I understand that your team might did this so the players can hear the voice-acting better, but you should still insert some music to not make it so bland. Plot and sounds are the most important factors in your game, right? -There were some inconsistencies with the dialogues and what they've said out loud. Some things that were said weren't in the dialogues and some that's been said is completely different than what the screen showed. -Uh I think I've spotted a misplaced of 'events'. Clara first said 'goodbye' then Haze later said 'goodbye' (when going to do community service) but Haze's dialogue box appeared first. That's pretty much what I've spotted in the game. Other than that, the voice-acting were great (esp Haze and Clara's voices). Also loved the sound effects (typing, the 'login', 'logout' ones).

That character trailer was really funny xD
Soo I just noticed I never gave some feedback after chapter 0. :blush: I didn't find the no music a problem, heck I didn't even noticed it. But like Ivana said, I did notice the inconsistency between the dialogue and the screen. They weren't too big, except at the very end, when Haze is doing his monologue. I must also admit the ending of the demo got me a bit confused at first. ![]() Other than that, I love the artwork, though the change between their portraits and the fullscreen art was for me a bit of an eyesore in the beginning. I'm really looking forward to more ![]()

Firstly we'd like to again apologize for this delay, but we are just about ready to release File #1 of Anonymous Agony. Technical work is completed, we're just finishing up some of the art assets.
File #0 had around six story illustrations, and File #1 has 30. That being said I feel it's about time to announce our final art team. The new dialogue portraits have shifted from a full body view, to a shoulder up view as we feel this focuses on the facial expressions much more. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Our new portrait artist is Nicole Wong and our whole team is very happy to have her along. Go pay her a visit here - http://metapham.tumblr.com/ All of the future story illustrations will be drawn by Melody Brown. Melody drew one of the File #0 illustrations, and will take up the task of handling all of them from now on. She will also re-draw the File #0 illustrations she did not do for the final version. Check out Melody here - http://jaytheunseen.deviantart.com/ _________________________________ I'm afraid there may also be another delay with File #2 due to the complete set of different assets it has. We'll have a lot of foundation work to complete. Whole separate cast of characters (With the exception of Clara) meaning new portraits, soundtrack, areas, menu graphics, it's essentially a whole different game. But once File #2 is released, and we have the assets completed for both sides of the story, we'll be able to keep the episode every two months deadline. Some people had asked us how different File #2 was from #1, how different that side really was. To answer that, it's lighter for one, it's nowhere near as morbid, and we feel it really contrasts with the Haze side of the story. It also focuses on simulated psychology sessions, rather than simulated online chatting and murder. These two stories will eventually come together for the ending, but there's a lot to get through before that happens. Expect a trailer displaying all the features of File #1 sometime in October. Expect File #1 to be released sometime afterwards.

I liked the olds ones, but this style fits the game better in my opinion. (And of course, they also look lovely <3). I would love to see them coloured.
