I need to change the email address, but when I go into the 'Edit Profile' screen, there appears to be no way to do that, as no matter how I click the existing one, it doesn't bring up a box to change it. What am I missing?

You can't change it yourself. Only admins can change your email address. Just PM Shaz and let her know what you want to change your email to.
