I want to make my NPC walk a certain path in rm2k(3), but instead of walking 'smoothly' (example: walk a straight line), the NPC seemed to be walking one step at a time, which looks weird of course.
How do I make the steps looked 'connected'? And how do you make your character move diagonally in an event?Oh and I want to make a certain NPC walk a certain path to make him/her look like she's taking people's order in a restaurant, what should I do if I want her to continue the movements even if my character accidentally blocks her path? Can I do it without making the NPC "walk through" my character? Example: Move down Move down Move right And if I block the NPC, the NPC moves right anyways and won't go to the designated place. ![]()

Is there a "through" option that you didn't un-select? *has no idea of RM2K*

If it's like RMXP, you need to adjust the speed and frequency on the event to make the movement look continuous.
In the move route, there are options that will tell the event what to do if its movement is interrupted. In XP though, I thought the default was to just continue - when whatever obstacle it runs into moves out of the way, it will just keep going. Again, this is all XP, so I don't know if you have the same options.
