Do not want to wait that long! I keep on looking every day at the "Coming Soon" section to check if a date has been added to Aveyond

I'm going to go sulk in a corner and grow mushrooms if AV ever wound up becoming an MMO. I'm not one for MMOs and my poor beat-up computer can't stand it anyway. I'm too lazy to buy a new one because I can't keep track of the stuff I have installed in my computer and too lazy to transfer every single one of them over. I won't be able to join in the fun *BAW*

Hi all, I'm new to the forums, although i've been reading them a long while now! I'm a huge Aveyond fan and I, like the rest of you, can't wait for the next installment!

Hi Roxie, and welcome You're definitely at the right place to keep up to date with progress of our games. We're all a little quiet at the moment though ... we're all depending on Eridani for our RPG-teaser fixes for the time being

out of curiosity, there gonna be a competion to decide the side quests or something like the 'dragons among us' game?

That would be up to Amanda. But it'll probably be a while until that is considered.

Congrats to Amaranth Games on having several games make BigFish's Top Rated Games list.

Yeah, congrats on that! I was happy to see Yummy Drink Factory on that list, since I remember it not selling well when it was first out.

I wasn't a big fan of that kind of game, so I wasn't paying much attention to it when it first came out. I guess it's also because here in the forums there's not so much to talk about arcade-style games (Yummy Drink counts as arcade if I remember). The plot is not actually important after all. You play the game for the game. It's great that Yummy Drink is doing well over at BFG, though.

Curse at Twilight seem to be doing well too. It keeps on showing up in the "recommended games" in my BFG Game Manager and it was in the top 10 PC downloads for a few weeks.



Any AV4 stuff we missed?

YDF is a time management game. Curse at Twilight has recently been released as a collector's edition in French and German, and Spanish and Japanese will be coming soon too. Then they'll all get an SE edition, and so will Italian, Dutch and Portuguese.

No official news from Amanda on the AV4 front, but she did tell me today that Pixel Pygmies is coming along nicely, and what she's learning with it indicates that Unity might do the job for AV4

So Pixel Pymies IS an Amaranth game? COOL, five games to look forward to!

I really hope that Mel, Edward, etc are gone forever - they were my least favourite cast. Nox and Uma were OK and I am happy to give them a chance as main characters. Also, please put it together as one game and not chapters - chapters may make the releases quicker but they make the game seem much shorter.
